Hi, I'm Sofia! :)

ABOUT ME! :D

Hey! Hey! Hey! Welcome to my blog :)
I created this blog for a school project in my Worked class. I was tasked by my teacher to start and create my very own garden, and I would love to share my botanical journey with you all!

I've tried gardening before, but I have never really been fully committed and serious with it. My mom and my lola really enjoy gardening, we even have our own farm, so I help them with their plants from time to time, but that's as far as go. I've never really started my own garden.
But this time, I will work hard and commit to gardening, so I'm really excited to harvest my vegetables and eat them once they grow!

My Jungle Scheme!

I want my garden to be feel homey, fun and spacious, because I love going into my garden and playing with my dogs! I would often find myself here whenever I was bored during quarantine.
It would seem interesting to make my garden look nicer and more personalized by adding diy stuff. I was thinking of creating some hanging macrame plant pots just like from the picture above.

For my vegetables I want to plant garlic, onions and tomatoes, and maybe carrots and potatoes if I'm up to it. Because these are the vegetables that my family and I often include in our dishes. I was thinking of making omelette or korean barbeque but what I cook depends on the situation or my mood, and the plants will take a long time to grow before they can be harvested, so I don't really have a solid plan on what to cook yet.
In order to cut costs and help the growth process of my plants and the earth, I will be reusing and recycling things in my house that can be turned into gardening material, which I'll be showing to you guys in more detail in later posts, so make sure to check those out!
